Genesis of Littleton picked up my vehicle for a routine oil change on Jan 7th. They wrecked my vehicle - which only had 4k miles on it - on the way to the dealership. Although the photos appeared to be only minor scratches - not even a dent - the repairs they claimed were over $21k.
They committed to me from the start to covering all my car payments while they had my vehicle, and said it should only take a couple of weeks bc the damage was minor.

I have a 2017 G80 with a couple of recalls, so I scheduled maintenance and asked if they would update my maps/ navigation. I also have an oil warning light on.
When I arrived, the service advisor (Logan) stated he did not have a data drive with updated maps because Genesis stopped sending out updates after five years, and the vehicle's computer was obsolete. The advisor said that he could update the maps for $225/HR plus the price of a thumb drive, or I could go home and attempt to do it myself.

Arrogant sales people, impossible to get straight answers and when they do give you a quote. It’s obviously well above market, and they hope you don’t negotiate. I found Genesis of Golden to be much more transparent.

Terrible car lot. Service department is rude and terribly disappointing. Sold me a car advertised with heated seats and when I called to tell them the heated seats do not work and it was not advertised correctly. I was told that since the heated seats are in the vehicle, it is advertised correctly. There was no guarantee they’d work. Terrible service and refusing to fix it.
I had a very pleased experience with Genesis of Littleton with a purchase of a 2023 GV60. I worked with both Ricky and Cody and they answered all my questions, no pressure and the whole process was painless. Cody did a wonderful job walking me through all the tech of the GV60. Very very poor service. Had my GV70 in for a recall and regular maintenance. Used the valet service which is a big selling point when buying the car. Picked up my vehicle at 8:30am. At 3:30 I called checking on it. It was just going in for the recall. At 4:30 I called and they said it was done but did not have time to wash it. Purchased a Genesis GV70Sport 2.5 from Haley B in September 2023. Invested $69K in a car with no follow up on her part after the sale. She's all about selling you a car but does not follow through with any customer service issues after the sale. The general manger, Vince, is in the same category as well. Have owned BMW, Mercedes and Lexus prior to purchasing a Genesis. This experience with McDonald Automotive has been nothing but a BIG disappointment. We're really questioning our decision to do business with this dealership.
Very poor service. I had a warranty issue that they would not honor. Also they allegedly serviced my car but didn't email me an invoice so I don't know whether they actually serviced it. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Tomorrow I am filing suit, I am a lawyer. Bruce Heilbrunn.

I purchased a new Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Littleton a week ago and have to say the process was 100% painless. Big shout out to salesman Brandon West who facilitated the sale! He was wonderful - very knowledgeable, applied zero pressure, and receptive to the terms requested - I’d ask for his services again in a heartbeat. Much of the transaction and negotiation details were able to be addressed over the phone which made the process all that much easier. Unprofessional HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My car was being serviced for a minor leak after Derek the sales manager sent my car to a Denver auto body shop for a scratch repair due to his employee the day I purchased the vehicle. 4 days later after dropping my vehicle off, Danielle updated me they received trace powder & would further let me know about any other updates. March 15 valet first service on new G80 Sport Prestige. Someone (never told who) hit my car on their lot. May 3rd, +6 weeks, and still don't have it back. Crappy communication, crappy service. Wanted me to deal with THEIR insurance too.
Terrible service department. Good luck getting your car serviced. They will ghost you. Go get an Audi or Lexus you'll save a lot of time and headache. No valet service available.
my purchase was great and after that horrible! I was sold that this would be a concierge service for 3 yrs. I am patient, I understand covid, but all that is over and I now not only cannot get a prompt reply, they will not even supply a shuttle for service! a $20 dollar one-time lyft credit is not a concierge service. I hate that I feel I have to fight for something that was sold to me. This is my third Genesis, I do like the car but won't do this again.

I love my 2021 GV80 but wish I had chosen a different dealership to purchase it from. Salesman, Brandon West, made the buying process pleasant but the service department is, to be kind, a tremendous disappointment. They refused to honor the valet service promised to me because the service radius was reduced from 50 to 15 miles AFTER I purchased the car and never informed me. I recently purchase a new Genesis GV80 from the dealership and could not be happier. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle arrived in a timely manner, especially given the supply chain disruptions impacting the delivery of new vehicles. The entire sales process went very smoothly thanks to my sales person, Brandon West. His customer service was impeccable, and much to my surprise, my experience in the Finance Office was hassle free. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership.
