Excellent experience and eclipses the other luxury

Excellent experience and eclipses the other luxury dealerships we tried to use in responsiveness, good communication, friendly, accommodating and knowledge. We are extremely happy that we chose Genesis of Littleton not only for the GV80 itself, but the experience with every single person along the way. We called ahead to plan a test drive, within minutes we got a response from Concierge Allona Lucero. Then shortly after (we were driving there) a call from Chad Sochoa confirming what we needed and assuring us they were preparing for our arrival. After what we had experienced trying to get Lexus and Lincoln information we thought it was a joke. Not at all, they indeed were prepared for our arrival. We were greeted and Chad introduced us to Daniel Agnew (with a fun fact that he began at the original Genesis dealership). The communication was so professional between everyone so far. We waited in their beautiful showroom poking around at the models on the floor (which are absolutely stunning). Then Allona arrived and introduced herself and got us refreshments. From then on Daniel talked to us to learn what we needed and wanted. What were we looking for? He listened so well. He also had ideas immediately about options. Not once was there pressure to buy - but after two test drives and both me and my husband getting to experience a GV80 we knew we loved the car and wanted to go home with one. Only then did Daniel bring up ideas for that and worked on inventory based off of paring down our needs/wants and what was available today. It really didn't even feel like we were being "sold" anything - he simply showed us solutions to what our needs were. He had great demeanor and excellent communication skills. Decision made and next was Finance. Justin DeJesus picked up from here and got us through the contracting and explained every option, sometimes twice. He clearly knew this part of the process and handled it smoothly. We felt bad we kept the crew past closing but everyone was very kind. There wasn't much we could have done otherwise - they adjusted their lives to help us get a dream car of luxury. One thing stands out - yes, Genesis has a very good vehicle. So does Lexus and apparently Lincoln (couldn't get thru). What Genesis of Littleton did differently: be human and be present...immediately. Answer questions, not shuffle around. Work a deal we liked after a few back and forths. They are head and shoulders above the other places we attempted to go. This experience is what pushed us over the decision line. If we are getting this level of service now, we predict it will be the same if not better down the road. Now I drive past the other dealerships and thank goodness we found Genesis of Littleton!!!
